UK private equity firm has spent €200m to acquire Netherlands-based spectacles retailer Hans Anders

UK private equity firm 3i Group has made its second investment of the year, acquiring a Netherlands-based spectacles retailer for €200 million.

3i bought Hans Anders, which has a presence across the Benelux region as well as in France and Sweden, from AlpInvest and Alpha Private Equity,
