Nine in 10 City workers struggling with mental health, survey says

Almost half of the 352 London-based professionals polled have been suffering from sleep deprivation since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic

Eighty-six per cent of employees working within the banking and finance industries have struggled with their mental health as a result of lockdown, according to new research.

Conducted by employee well-being firm Helix Resilience, a survey has found that almost half of the 352 London-based professionals polled have been suffering from sleep deprivation since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and 38% say they are less productive because they are feeling depressed.
