Aberdeen Murray Johnstone invests £6m in Cap Aluminium

Aberdeen Murray Johnstone Private Equity, the private equity division of Aberdeen Asset Managers, has invested £6m ($9.6m) in the buy-in management buy-out of Cap Aluminium Systems, the UK glazing firm.

The buy-out of Cap Aluminium was led by AMJPE and corporate finance advisers Invex. Senior debt and working capital facilities were provided by Fortis Bank.
