Aberdeen, Zurich and Schroder in bond fund ratings first

Three UK high income funds have achieved triple A status for the first time, according to Standard & Poor's Fund Research's latest report on the sector.

The £141m (€229m) Aberdeen Sterling Bond unit trust, managed by Phil Roantree, saw its rating increase one band to triple A because of five years of top quartile performance, according to the fund rating agency.
