ABN Amro's Asia chief transfers to London

Roger Sharp, ABN Amro's chief executive for Asia, will move to a new position in the London office just a month after the company said that he would remain in Hong Kong.

Sharp, who will stay in Hong Kong until the end of December, will become managing director of a global technology industry unit for the bank. His role will be to co-ordinate its distribution of technology products worldwide.
