Ackermann hits back at claims that Deutsche is betting the bank

Josef Ackermann, chief executive of Deutsche Bank has hit out at allegations in The Economist magazine, that he is increasingly making the bank dependent on trading profits while retreating from retail and commercial business in Germany.

The magazine accuses the bank of increasing risk taking to the detriment of other business.
