Actis hires new IR chief amid fundraising

The appointment comes as the emerging markets-focused private equity firm markets its fourth global private equity fund

Emerging markets-focused private equity firm Actis has hired a new partner to lead its investor relations activities, replacing Jonathon Bond, who will leave the firm at the end of this month.

Neil Brown, a co-founder of Sydney-based Minerva Capital Advisors, joined Actis as a partner and head of its investor development group earlier this month, Actis senior partner Paul Fletcher told Private Equity News, a sister publication of Financial News.
