Actis west Africa head departs after fundraising

The emerging markets-focused private equity firm closed its fourth global emerging markets fund last month

The head of west Africa at emerging markets-focused private equity firm Actis has left, in a move that comes shortly after the close of its fourth global fund.

Ngozi Edozien, who served as a director and head of west Africa at the London-based firm, left at the end of last week to pursue other opportunities, a spokeswoman for Actis confirmed.
