Aggression forces investor out of transport

One of Germany's top infrastructure investors is pulling out of transport financing as it struggles to compete with increasingly aggressive rivals on deals in the sector and assets soar to inflated levels.

DVB Bank, which has lent up to €670m ($893m) to transport infrastructure projects such as ports, airports and toll-roads, plans to sell the loan portfolio by the end of the first quarter next year.
