AIG property float may bring relief to German equity market

Landesbank Baden-Württemberg is hopeful that its plans for Germany's initial public offering in the year to date for AIG International Real Estate, a subsidiary of the US insurance giant, will mark a turning point for the German equity markets.

AIG International Real Estate is looking to raise up to €500m ($482m) in spite of difficult markets.
