Mid-market investment bank Alantra has continued its aggressive expansion in Europe by adding 20 dealmakers to its ranks through a minority stake in a French boutique.

The Madrid-headquartered investment bank has acquired a minority stake in European boutique Avolta Partners, bolstering its technology-focused dealmaking team during a boom period for the sector, the bank told Financial News.
