Alchemy investors to net £1bn this year

Paramount Hotels sold to investment consortium

Alchemy Partners, the UK private equity firm, could return up to £1bn (€1.5bn) to its investors by the end of this year.

The £215m sale of Paramount Hotels, to a consortium of Shore Capital, a boutique investment and property firm, and Dawnay, Day, a property company, is the latest in a string of exits for Alchemy this year.
