Alfred Berg ABN Amro, the Nordic division of ABN Amro, has clinched its first deal for TeliaSonera, the Nordic telecoms group, after beating about 20 other banks to the mandate.

Telia will sell Com Hem, its cable television business, to EQT Northern Europe, the private equity firm, for Skr2.15bn (€236m).
