Altor spends €300m on first investments

Altor Equity Partners, a Nordic private equity house set up by Industri Kapital founder Harald Mix, has made its first investments worth a total €300m ($372m).

It has invested in Lindorff, a Norwegian receivables management company sold by Gjensidige Nor, a Swedish insurance company, and Contant, a Finnish debt collection company which was sold by Sponsor Capital, a Swedish private equity firm, and Nordea, the Nordic bank.
