Investment heads say investors must 'stay vigilant but not over-react to current market conditions'

The heads of investing at Europe's largest asset manager believe central banks and governments will take the necessary steps to keep a global recession at bay, following the brutal stock market falls last Monday.

In a note last Tuesday, Pascal Blanqué, chief investment officer at Amundi, and Vincent Mortier, his deputy, urged investors to “stay vigilant but not over-react to current market conditions”.
