Amundi profits rise as institutions backtrack on outflows

Third-quarter results for Europe's largest asset manager were buoyed by €10.3bn from institutional clients

Amundi, Europe’s largest asset manager, has posted a rise in third-quarter profits after its international business and institutional clients provided a boost to fund inflows.

Results issued by the asset manager on October 26 show adjusted net profits during the quarter had risen to €230m, up 5.8% from the same period last year.
