Amundi has moved closer to the €1 trillion assets under management target laid out by its majority owner roughly two years ago, as assets rose 12% to €985 billion in 2015, the French manager revealed in its first set of results since floating in November.

In March 2014, Crédit Agricole, Amundi's 75% shareholder, set the French asset manager - Europe's largest - the target of reaching €1 trillion in assets under management by the end of 2016.
