AnaCap continues sole pursuit of European financials

London-based buyout firm AnaCap Financial Partners has completed its second deal in as many weeks in Europe’s financial services sector, where it continues as a lone dealmaker while peers chase opportunities in the US market.

AnaCap has acquired Cattles Invoice Finance from its publically-listed parent Cattles in a £70m (€81m) deal, according to a statement released yesterday. The buyout follows its acquisition of Malta-based private bank Mediterranean Bank at the end of July.
