Apax keeps faith in techs with funding of Blue Tooth company

Apax Partners, the UK private equity house, has displayed its confidence in early stage technology companies by leading a $43.6m (€49m) second-round funding of Red-M, a Bluetooth networking company.

Apax led and underwrote the funding into Red-M. It is its first investment from its €4bn Apax V fund. Amadeus Capital Partners, the technology venture capital firm, invested alongside Apax.
