Ashmore to open Dublin office post-Brexit

Ashmore, the London-based emerging markets fund manager, is planning to open a new office in Dublin so it can continue to serve European Union investors after Brexit.

About a fifth of the firm’s $73.9bn in assets are managed for EU clients through a fund range based in Luxembourg, which according to Brussels must be overseen by a manager based in a member state.
