Assets under management fall at emerging markets specialist Ashmore

Group is confident it has an effective business continuity plan

Ashmore Group reported on Thursday a 10% fall in assets under management for the third quarter of fiscal 2020 as a result of a negative investment performance and large outflows.

The FTSE 250-listed company said that assets under management for the three months ended 31 March fell to $76.8 billion, compared with $85.3bn for the same period a year earlier.
