Autoroutes du Nord prepares April IPO

The French government has set an April target to float 30% of Société des Autoroutes du Nord et de l'Est de la France, the toll road operator. The deal is expected to raise about €1.3bn ($1.7bn).

Proceeds would likely be used to trim debt and increase dividend payments. France's Ministry of Finance is expected to announce details of the pending IPO at a presentation next week, according to Bloomberg.
