Aviva Investors, the investment division of UK-listed insurer Aviva, has doubled assets under management in its range of flagship funds, which has helped to drive first-half revenues.

Assets in the Aviva Investors Multi-Strategy (Aims) fund range hit £12bn at June 30, 2017, up from £6bn a year before, according to Aviva's half-year report.
