Baring Asset Management (BAM) has finally filled the post of director of European sales and client service for the Scandinavian region with the appointment of Martin Ortving from Unibank of Denmark.

Ortving replaces Mark Leader, who was promoted to the post of head of European business development at BAM. It is understood that it has taken more than a year to find the right person to take on Leader's role.
