Bank of America picks ex-UBS banker to lead equity-linked team

The US bank is currently seventh in Europe for equity-linked transactions

Bank of America has turned to a former UBS investment banker to lead its unit creating complex equity-related products in Europe.

The US bank has hired Juan Rodriguez Andrade as head of equity-linked transactions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to people familiar with the matter. He previously worked in the equity-linked transactions team at UBS in London.
