Bank of America picks investment banking deputy

Bank of America has hired Lewis Warren, a senior executive at Citigroup, to a new role as deputy head of global investment banking that will involve overseeing strategy and improving links between the investment bank and the Charlotte-based group's other divisions.

Warren, who joined Bank of America in New York on Monday, spent a decade at Citigroup in several positions including head of Canadian mergers and acquisitions and, most recently, head of business development for the global transaction services unit.
