Banks named for €3.5bn Eutelsat float

Eutelsat, the Paris-based satellite operator, is understood to be close to appointing Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs to lead its €3.5bn ($4.25bn) initial public offering planned for later this year.

One source close to the deal said: "Morgan Stanley and Goldman have been given the nod. The firm has said it wants to hire them, with probably three other banks likely to join the syndicate."
