The head of equity derivatives at Barclays Capital has hired a senior trader from his former employer, Credit Suisse, as head of emerging markets. He is one of three new hires to the team.

Nick Moreira spent more than a decade at Credit Suisse, before leaving last month, according to filings at the Financial Services Authority, the UK financial markets regulator.
