Barclays and Merrill in €360m Greek deal

Barclays Capital and Merrill Lynch have launched a €360m ($467m) convertible bond from bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias which is the largest Greek equity-linked offer for over three years.

The two banks are joint bookrunners and lead managers.
