Barclays has hired a senior dealmaker from Deutsche Bank, as the City’s investment banks continue to lure talent away from the struggling German lender.
Barclays has hired Alastair Blackman as a managing director and UK coverage banker, according to a statement. He will report to Alisdair Gayne, Barclays’ head of UK investment banking.
