Barclays' wealth and investment management division has hired John Houlihan as a director and regional manager in its Atlanta office. He is charged with growing the regional business and will oversee all aspects of the office. Houlihan previously worked at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney for almost two decades, most recently holding management roles in the Atlanta region.
