UK advisory banker joins independent firm run by former Lehman Brothers executives

The independent advisory firm Ondra Partners has appointed a top mergers and acquisitions banker from Barclays as a new partner.

Mark Todd, who was Barclays’ co-head of UK M&A, is expected to join Ondra either later this year or early in 2018, Ondra confirmed. Barclays declined to comment.
