Barclays Ventures teams up with Intel to back APR

Barclays Ventures is deepening its relationship with the hi-tech corporate venturing sector by joining forces with Intel Capital to fund software company Applied Psychology Research.

Barclays, which led the $10m (€11.1m) second round of funding, is keen to pursue further deals alongside corporate venturers. It has a couple of deals in the pipeline with the venturing arm of EMC, the US data and software company.
