BBA chief exec joins Clayton Dubilier & Rice

Robert Quarta, chief executive of technology and aviation group BBA, is to join Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R), the global private equity house, as a senior operating investment officer.

In his new role, which he will take up early next year, Quarta will focus on the European private equity market, with a view to further expanding the firm's activities in the region and enhance its profile.
