Benchmark Capital launches $200m fund for Israel

Benchmark Capital, the US based private equity firm, is raising a $200m (€236.7m) fund targeted at investments in Israel.

Only last week, Apax Partners announced it was merging its European activities with its Israeli unit in a move to expand its activities in the region.
