The Big Four consultancy firms have bowed to pressure from campaigners to publish revised gender pay gap figures that take in to account high earning staff.

EY, KPMG, PwC and Deloitte all agreed to update the figures to include partnership level employees — a rank of seniority mostly populated by men — who had not been included in initial data.
