When investing in a biotech exchange-traded fund, read the fine print.

The Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF, which attempts to replicate investment results of the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index, shows why. On the fund's website, the price/earnings ratio of the ETF is listed as 28.29 times. That is pricey, but arguably not unreasonable for a growth sector.
