BNP Paribas has hired the head of JPMorgan's activist defence unit in Europe to bolster its UK M&A team as the French bank continues to expand in London.
Kirshlen Moodley has joined the French bank as a managing director in its UK M&A team, the bank confirmed in a statement, reporting to Andrew McNaught who leads its UK advisory practice.
