BNP Paribas wins Italian multi-manager role

BNP Paribas Asset Management has been appointed to act as the multi-manager for funds distributed by Italian life assurer Banques Populaires de Vérone (BPV Vita).

BPV Vita aims to gather €200m ($175m) by the end of this year, and €1bn within the next three years. BNP Paribas has been appointed as the sole manager of four multi-manager funds with different risk versus investment return characteristics.
