Boutique bags €3bn Galeries Lafayette mandate

Bucéphale Finance, the French advisory boutique, has landed a lead role in the €3.1bn ($4.1bn) buyout of Galeries Lafayette by BNP Paribas and the Moulin family, which co-founded the French retailer.

Bucéphale was sole adviser to Semad, a holding company majority-owned by the Moulins, which owns 31.7% of Galeries Lafayette.
