Brazilian broker expands overseas

Itaú Corretora, the brokerage arm of Brazil's Banco Itaú, is to invest $125m (€80m) this year in a significant international expansion.

Roberto Nishikawa, Itaú Corretora's president, told Financial News' sister magazine Wealth Bulletin that two new branches are to be opened – in Tokyo and Dubai – together with representative offices in Beijing, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
