Bridge Information Systems is looking to its main backer, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and other potential investors to raise fresh capital.

In a statement last week, Bridge said: 'As part of 2001 planning, we are working with our lenders on a revised financial plan that will deliver revenue growth, reduced costs, increased profitability and additional investment in the company by existing and new investors.'
