US investment bank Jeffries has recruited Milan Radia, one of the founders of UK stockbroker Bridgewell's research team, as a senior equity research analyst in London.

Radia, who has followed the technology sector for 13 years, is one of three technology analysts in London and will cover IT and software. Jefferies, which covers mid-market companies, plans to add three more to the team.
