More than 80% of City workers mulling job change due to burnout

More than 80% of finance workers say they have considered changing jobs over the toll on their mental health, in a sign bosses are failing to combat burnout.

Out of 1,000 UK financial services employees, 60% said their employer “could do more” to address mental wellbeing in the workplace, a study by trade body UK Finance and Mental Health First Aid England found.
