Cantor broking MD quits to chair client company

A managing director at corporate finance firm Cantor Fitzgerald has left to become chairman of one of his broking clients.

David Banks has joined Haydale Graphene Industries as non-executive chairman, according to a statement from the AIM-listed technology and materials company.
