Carlyle criticises "unskilled" passive hedge fund managers

Passive investing exposes investors to the risk of investing with unskilled managers, according to a research paper from Carlyle Asset Management, to be published next year.

The paper on hedge fund index investing, says that in many cases investing in a hedge fund index can initially seem like a good way to gain hedge fund exposure.
