Eimear Palmer is taking up the newly-created role of responsible investments officer at ICG

The lead for responsible investing for Europe at Carlyle Group has left the private equity titan and joined Intermediate Capital Group, a UK-listed asset manager specialising in private debt markets.

Eimear Palmer is taking up the newly-created role of responsible investments officer at ICG, the company said in a statement on December 10. The FTSE-listed firm manages €33.6bn in a range of private debt, private equity and sub-investment grade debt funds.
