Paris-based CCF-SEI Investments, the fund management joint venture between HSBC CCF and SEI Investments, has boosted its team with the appointment of Jean-Louis Azoulay as chief strategist.

Azoulay was previously head of international fixed income sales at CCF. The firm said it was adding to its resources in Europe, after increased interest in its multi-manager investment approach.
