China Construction Bank targets $7.7bn for float

China Construction Bank, the country's third-largest lender, will raise as much as $7.7bn (€6.43bn) in what is poised to be China's largest initial public offering so far.

The sale represents the first of shares in the country's Big Four banks, which collectively control about 60% of China's banking assets.
