Citigroup hikes dealmaker bonuses 10% after investment banking revival

The US bank has skewed payouts towards higher performers

Citigroup has boosted bonuses for dealmakers by around 10% as large investment banks have dug deeper in 2024.

The US bank unveiled bonuses to staff on 16 January, with the overall pool for investment bankers up by around 8-10%, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
